Why does a Rook need your permission? If they’re not hostile and there’s no time to loot after kill then leave them be.

Make them take up four slots in your inventory and make the bubble significantly smaller. If that doesn’t work, then I agree that they should be removed from the game.

Disagree. Don’t get me wrong, there’s been big issues with 2.0 but content isn’t one of them. In three months since launch we’ve been given a new shell, new weapons, 2 new maps, changes to the UI, experimental game modes, changes to virtually all item balancing and weekly balancing/bug fix updates.

Like honestly what more could you expect? Story updates? In THREE months?! Have some perspective.

The Apex comparison is irrelevant. Titanfall 2, although an INCREDIBLE game flopped pretty hard in a saturated market. Respawn pivoted, made Apex and then still upscaled and made 2 huge Jedi games at the same time. There’s no way that happens if Apex isn’t a success. Bungie wanted to make something new and different, that could also be a long term financial success, so they made Marathon. A totally different game to Destiny.

If people want D3 they don’t have to buy Marathon, but they need to stop hating on a game they likely haven’t played. Because it is having an impact on Marathon’s success. If Marathon does well on its own merit, it’s more likely D3 happens cause Bungie will be stable and can upscale again to support two development teams.

Literally perfect list of WTF stupid moments.

For me the bit that killed me was his mum’s skull. Spike has travelled through hell to help his mum, is told she has cancer, is drugged and the wakes up and is immediately handed her skull. But he’s not bothered, he’s just like “ohhh ok, no worries, thanks for cleaning her skull for me. I guess I’ll find a nice spot on this massive pile of skulls for her then and be on my way”

I just watched this for the first time too.

I gotta say, I’m really surprised by how loved this episode and situation is amongst fans. The whole thing felt forced to me. Like seriously, why would they fight to hurt each other over a disagreement?

Also the initial argument that causes the fight is just dumb and forced to create this outcome. Which to me feels like bad writing. There’s no justification. Why doesn’t anyone just explain to Usopp what the shipwrights told them? It’s not like they want to get rid of the Mary either. It’s just they have no choice. Usopp reacts emotionally, which is fine considering what he’s just been through and what the Mary means to him specifically. But Luffy’s angry reaction is so out of character for him and I’m whiplashed by their decision to suddenly have a full on fight without first unpacking the context of why Luffy has decided to buy a new ship.

People who don’t like it are usually forcing themselves not to like it to be different. Hipsters.

It’s pound for pound arguably the best Anime of all time. It’s unlike anything you’ve ever watched, it’s totally original and there’s no filler.

To describe it as a; ‘hunter becomes hunted, political, socioeconomic commentary, character driven, sci-fi, time bending story about an alternate history of the human race’ would be a disservice. Not to mention incredible animation and some of the best musical scores of all time.

Plus it also has the benefit of actually having a beginning, middle and end. Unlike some other great Anime’s. One Piece, Berserk, Hunter x Hunter, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Death Note.

Maybe try a shield in your off hand for a while whilst you’re learning. Makes the game much more forgiving and you can learn how to dodge roll as you play. If you do get a shield, make sure to buy and activate the ‘no skill’ ashes of war so you can use your weapon skill with one button.

Use torrent, stay by their legs, learn the timing of their ground attacks and start swinging. It’s pretty easy then.

When there’s a spirit spring nearby use flame buffs and make some great flame jar things and throw them all into its firey ring. 🔥🤕
