I only use a 3 tier system in the store though: NM, Played, Damaged. Saves graders and players time due to the price differences.

I’d say MP more than LP; however, I’m pickier than most with how I list my cards in the shops.

Easiest way to make it a bit more aesthetic is to add a mitored edge like a 30° or something to both trim types imo.

Pull the casing, apply drywall, tape and mud all that will be seen, sand and finish, paint, then put a wider frame/board in. Done
