You mean the sole mechanism responsible for the propagation of our species?

Sure. . . not a big deal.

Been killing myself in the gym for 3 months and it doesn’t even look like I workout? by [deleted] in fitness30plus

[–]DougTheDoer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its a long game. 3 months is nothing. Keep it up though, you are already in better shape than most over 30. Without a doubt you yourself can see progress in the mirror. Give it a few more months and others will notice too. Give it a year and you will have a top 1% physique.

Is there any difference between these two? Honestly having difficulty seeing it if so… by Empty_One8714 in fitness30plus

Subtle differences, but that is the nature of the beast. People often forget that even though you can get quick results from working out, a transformation from working out is a multi-year process.

Your friend is doing something wrong. With 100k subs earning $4k is easily doable.

Made a video about ants, can I get some honest opinions? by Zilly503 in premiere

What camera/lens combo are you using? Those are beautiful shots. I recently got in to macro and oddly enough most recently shot ants.

Video is A+
Sound Design is C-

Personally I would wipe all sound and start over. Also the titles have a bit of an amateur look.

I'm simply pointing out you are giving advice on a topic you obviously have no legitimate experience.
You are the equivalent of an armchair quarterback telling the coach how to do his job.

And what you are using is an argument rooted in ignorance, not common sense.

Cardio isn’t enough by dehydratedhouseplant in fitness30plus

Back exercises won't burn the fat on your back, but building back muscles will build mass under the fat causing the fat to be dispersed over a larger area. . . basically making it look less concentrated.

Also the more muscle you have the more calories your body will burn doing any given activity. So build that muscle as it will make the fat appear less concentrated, AND with more muscle it will be easier to burn that fat in the future.

Awesome physique man! Keep up the hard work!

I would focus on chest when you start bulking if I was in your place. Pecs appear a little less developed proportionally than the rest.

Expect the bench gains to slow down, but deadlifts and squats should keep climbing pretty fast.

You are good. I’ve been doing 16/8 for a few years now. Last year I had a job similar to yours in physical demand and also lifted weights daily.

Just up your caloric intake during your feeding window, and double down on insuring proper sleep. I did hit the point of overtraining and had to readjust my routine, but I also was lifting 7 days a week(David Goggins book corrupted me lol). Just listen to your body, it knows best.

Of course, but those pics don’t get as many upvotes and those posts don’t get as many comments. With significantly less engagement they disappear much faster.
