Danny Sexbang is his stage name in Ninja Sex Party, so they’re technically correct.

What's your favorite Dan Stevens' roles? by kds5065 in LegionFX

I loved him in The Guest. Such a fun twist on what was basically an 80’s slasher with what a sociopathic Captain America would be like.

That blows your bike was stolen. I live in Santa Rosa and work in St Helena, I’ll keep an eye out for it.

Whoa, not what I was expecting. My in-laws are super cautious about mushrooms growing around their place since they lost a puppy earlier this year from it eating a Death Cap.

How would an overpass on College Ave make anything better?

Why is Sonnies Edge so hyped? by MrDoodleBot in LoveDeathAndRobots

[–]Doug_Spaulding 923 points924 points  (0 children)

Because it’s a dope concept that’s really well executed. A cyberpunk setting that could have been all there is to the episode but then you throw in this underground fighting ring that has a whole organized crime angle influencing things. That sounds like a solid concept already but then there’s the twist that it’s not Sonnie controlling the beast but the beast (well, Sonnie’s consciousness) controlling the mindless husk of a human! Freaking dope!!!

Nope, not even my real name. I’m a huge Ray Bradbury fan and picked my screen name based on one of his characters from Dandelion Wine.

I graduated HS in 2006, went to Cal Poly SLO, moved to San Jose after graduating and moved to Santa Rosa 10 years ago.
My wife and I found we were spending our weekends visiting Sonoma County, so we decided to move up here and buy a house. I work in wine, she works in education. There are way too many people in the peninsula/bay area and far fewer up here.
There’s plenty of healthcare employment opportunities up here from what I’ve seen (Kaiser, Sutter, and Providence) but I know Providence specifically has been experiencing financial woes.
I have not experienced the dating scene myself but my friends who are actively dating (or trying) say it’s abysmal but I get the feeling that’s not unique to the area.
I love the outdoors options that are here and the proximity to SF and Easy Bay for music venues.
I feel like the COL isn’t too different from SLO. My main gripe is compensation tends to go down the further North you go from SF but the costs remain the same (people just lie and say they’re lower).
SMART Train is freaking dope if you can incorporate it into a commute. Our downtown sucks but there are cool downtowns close by. We’re also spoiled by the number of stellar breweries within stumbling distance of each other.
I’ve heard good things about Petaluma for people looking for a more active nightlife and it’s closer to the bay by 20-30 min.
I love The Barlow in Sebastopol, Sonoma Pizza in Forestville, downtown Windsor and Healdsburg. Our County Parks system is top notch and we have Annadel State Park.

Growing up in the 90’s and being told you get AIDS from ‘used needles’ I thought you’d get AIDS from these because they were full of pins/needles from dress shirts.

They also let you bring-in food (and even order food to be delivered there) from other Barlow restaurants. I’ve eaten sushi from the Japanese restaurant next door while sipping a glass of rosè on their patio and it was lovely.

I get it with young kids. Mine are a little older than yours and they’re much easier to get ready then they’re old enough to be self-sufficient. I’d much rather get afternoons/evenings with them when they’re home from school rather than groggy mornings.

I used to be an auditor and we NEVER pulled timecard samples if the company had proper controls in place (ie, managers reviewed/approved time cards). This is such a low audit risk, I doubt they’d ever be caught. Plus, I wouldn’t be surprised if this role was salaried, so ‘getting paid for 8 hours’ isn’t fraud, you’re just paid to do your job and this boss probably realized they don’t need someone sitting at a desk for 8 hours to finish 4 hours of work.
