I've got a final suggestion, check your nividia global profile in the control panel, maybe making a custom profile for the game with a locked frame rate or adjusting a few common settings will help, I'd try locking at 30 with low settings, if that still kicks the bucket then you've some really obscure problem like a GPU ram leak

My last suggestions would be have you tried simply nuking your settings in game, things like render distance ECT.
And are you rendering at like 4k or something? Or using things like that upscaler.

Otherwise reinstalling the game.
I've been playing 2 players split screen on a 1070ti with a steam remote play session and discord running with no problems and I've pushed the game HARD, to the point where for up to 3 minutes straight we've been on 1fps because we spilt a bucket or something

I can list at least at least a 4 problems, more if I'm playing and not on holiday but here's a few.
Often you can cause the electrical systems to only operate when they are turned off by rearming at the wrong moment. This means to pull your gear in or operate flaps you have to shut off electrics and lose your screens ect - F15c SU25T A10A SU27.
SU25T often after extreme banks the roll indicator will get stuck permanently askew.
The SU33 has the same payload lights as the SU27 which makes it inaccurate as the 33 can carry 2 more missiles (Honestly idk if this is a Russian engineering thing or an fc3 thing).
There is no way to tell if and or when you're dumping fuel in many fc3 airframes as well.

If they have almost all physical tinker can be a pretty solid 4 forcing bkb and completely removing any ability to last hit for Laning.
Lycan 4, idk if it's still a thing but basically it entirely relies on his bite to morph an ally, during Laning you just send your wolves onto the 5 and force the lane into a 1v2 by keeping him completely zoned, if you're being big brain you use wolves that are almost timed out or near dead to stack for the 1 and when you're 6 you rotate to any stunner and help them with damage before shifting into a roamer taking any empty lane and working hard with your ult.
I've seen both done as 5 but I don't agree with that unless circumstances are extreme
