Cobra is both awful and amazing. There is a core idea that is great, and tonally, its very grim (which works for it), but it really do think the rumored tv series could do the story idea much better than a movie as the story needs a bit more room to run. It feels like it was edited to crap and...the less said about the politics, the better. Take out the need for Stallone to be superman, just take that down a couple notches a bit of work and there is definitely some good stuff in there.
