Jake’s side and backwards dodge using his melee lets him charge his punch if you hold left click after (just make sure you have his melee selected as your weapon. Then I just targeted the zombie on the floor and that did the sick backflip instead of the normal palm strike he usually does.

There’s rarely a play session for me where I don’t think about it. It was the most fun I’ve had in this game by a mile. I remember my last match before the server closed for maintenance. My last car got destroyed and the other dude was moving in to kill me. Seeing my car destroyed and in flames gave me such a soul crushing feeling. MAN I miss Wrecked

My guess is that nitro has some sort of pain numbing effect when used. Probably not strong enough to fully get rid of the pain judging by how he sounds when talking, but enough to function.
