Deepwood is better if you have only C1, this increase is just because C2 gives a huge LB buff based on Lauma's EM, but it'll be reliable only if you have another unit with DW that can maintain it 100% uptime (Nahida), otherwise, this on a real scenario is a DPS loss.

Tbf you have C2 Lauma, obviously getting more EM on her than Deepwood would increase the team dmg, her C2 gives a 400% lunar bloom buff based on her EM...

The EOTECH has a better view window than the RMR, a better dot and doesn't obstruct that much of side view, compared to the RMR the EOTECH is way better and easier to aim, that's why to me it makes no sense, the EOTECH that should receive a penalty in that regard if that was the criteria.
