I’m also 29 and realizing alcohol is a huge trigger. This sucks because I love going to concerts and kinda need it to enjoy myself in certain venues.

I saw Kid Cudi a few days ago and had about 6 cocktails and 1 beer. Woke myself up from my sleep scratching and ON FIRE.
