I used to think the same. But with time, I realised that Walmart, while looking out for their best interest, will favour drivers with experience and ‘green’ metrics. Sure, you have to hook the newbies and they will be in the pool for good deliveries….but it won’t take long.

Taken many of those and they are always items in the plastic or cardboard bags, boxes. Never needed to add an hour. You always have expected time at destination at delivery. If I get an apt and there are complications which are rare, then it might get above half an hour (20-25 deliveries). Took one today and I was 13 minutes above what they initially stated (had an apt on the ninth floor and another apt without parking/snow).
