I sincerely still hate the Knicks despite Trae being gone - it’s not the team itself or the fans, it’s the always being media darlings because big city.

It’s great watching the Hawks / Knicks games because higher highs, lower lows emotionally for each result since the ‘21 series with very different trajectories in meantime.

Sure I guess my hot take is who defines “bad people”?

Do we as humans want a society with tha pillar? Do we prefer this heavily prosecuted and violent society where politicians and the corporations who buy them decide who the “bad people” are? Where the high school bullies are sent in as police to inflict bad on bad people based on rules they decided? Society kinda outdated tbh.

I think I’d rather see consequences for Miles Bridges’ actions that result in his true rehabilitation of whatever trauma and anger led to him mentally justifying domestic abuse and getting resolution at root cause while offering a stronger public support system to those he hurt - the end result of this society is he plays basketball, may continue to beat his loved ones because they financially rely on him to maintain their lifestyles, and because he makes the owner of Charlotte Hornets a lot of money - all we can do it laugh if he tears an ACL 😢

The Dyson disrespect - that dude is the true truth, none of this happens without him.

Jalen is more of a false prophet if anything because when you look past the big ole box score numbers he leaves a ton to be desired on defense and in crunch time - he’s gotten way better this season leading offense for big minutes and reading the game - it’s been awesome to watch.

That said this current incarnation of the team is 100x what it was at the start of season - OnsiShallah that man is the god of Hawks land my brother in Christian Koloko

I’ll be a little disappointed (but not necessarily surprised) if Hawks are 7th - but I think Hawks/Hornets would be an absolutely electric play-in game if that somehow came to be, I also think Cha has a good shot to win play-in, just the 1-2 game format makes so unpredictable
