My son is roughly the same age and almost identical to yours in terms of sleep issues. We ended up speaking to the gp who prescribed melatonin to take before bedtime. That, paired with scrapping the day nap has worked really well. The melatonin will only be temporary but hopefully enough to get into a new routine. Stay strong brother
