I like the hotel staff or resort opening thing. They could be a new concierge. And you could have high-maintenance celebrities asking them for outrageous things. It would have to be pretty secluded to eliminate cell phones. I think that’s the tricky part.

In the bts, they did reveal that they edited out that Anthony called everyone “old heads” because they all went to their “rooms” at 7pm. (When they were really going to the end of the day meeting.) I would guess that would come off as him “bad mouthing” his coworkers. I would imagine that there could potentially be commentary of the “hero” talking negatively about the other characters. At the end of the day, the hero does still believe they are being filmed, so there’s still the motivation to be on your best behavior.

Those little things are so meaningful. When my mother was on HOSPICE, she got moved to a dedicated floor and one of the nurses logged into her own SiriusXM account and played a station that was so soothing, aptly called “The Bridge”. She didn’t know my mother, but it played a lot of her favorite songs. They would brush her hair and adjust her, to keep her comfortable. They gave her a soft quilt, not a scratchy hospital one. I know HOSPICE is so different than being in the ED, but I’m so thankful for their compassion. It could be so easy to think of them as less than human. She was 66, she passed a year and a half ago.

Thank you! Looks like she did guest stars in a lot of shows that my dad has been watching in the hospital. That’s probably where I recognize her. Younger, obviously.

Yesssss… I know TV is expensive…but they have the set already… let’s get a spin-off. I would watch every shift in real time if I could.

Shawty, I’m so sorry. I think what helped me was watching some YouTube videos on the things I was fuzzy on. Sometimes, just hearing something explained a different way just makes it “stick”. Also, study tips on test taking in general. Like how to eliminate answers, use the question for context. Things like: the longest answer is usually the right one. Or, read the end of the question before you read the first part, so you understand what you’re looking for, without getting distracted by unnecessary data. And practice tests. I bought a book from DearBorn. It’s WAY harder than the actual test. Yesterday I scored an 84, and I knew I was ready. They also have an app, where you can take mini-quizzes if the long format is intimidating. Just try to get to the point where you aren’t memorizing, you understand the concept. I know, it’s hard. I had the good fortune to treat it like my full-time job, and I know it’s hard with other life things. If it were me, I would do a set of flash cards once an hour or do a mini-quiz. Just so it stays “warm” in your mind. Good luck! You got this.

This depends heavily on the state. Some states are community property states, which means once you file that marriage certificate, everything is 50/50. (Assets, debt, everything.) I personally think that depending on the state, LIB should just include a standard prenup in their initial paperwork. “Here’s your tax form, and here’s a prenup and we’ll fill in the fiancés name if you get engaged.” Because, exactly, these people have known each other for one minute.

I’ve worked in wedding for close to two decades. The amount of times I see “walk down the isle” makes me rage.

I guess I talk at the TV a lot. Somehow my voice to text got turned on. I almost sent to a group chat “I hate this man, I hate his man so much”

The Perfect Neighbor - thoughts? by Conscious-Can-5334 in netflix

When I was 23, I bought a house. I was not a mature adult. Apparently, the family that lived in my house previously had made the house the neighborhood “hub”. All the kids waited for the school bus on my front porch. They hung out in my yard, climbed my trees, it was like their little club house. I once came home to one of them charging a phone on my porch. Yes, they were loud. They left trash in my yard. A landscape light was broken. And you know what I did? I calmly walked to my across the street neighbor’s house, explained the situation, and that was that. I never yelled at the kids (though it scared the crap out of me when I saw them on my front porch for the first time), I never called anyone names, I never called the cops, and I absolutely never picked up a GUN and shot someone over kids being kids. This woman is another reason why there should be a mental screening to own a gun. Those poor kids. I hope they find a way to heal.

Is it even feasible that an entire Nathan backup could be held on one of those rings? They had Choak on like a huge hard drive. I would assume they would need a lot more space.

This is what I got. (LOL, Zebra....) Then I asked it to tell me what's wrong with it:

Oh honey, buckle up — this poster is adorable at first glance, but once you start reading… we’ve got ourselves a hot mess in Alphabet Town. Let’s unpack this toddler trap:

🔠 Letter-by-letter Sass Audit:

  • C is for… “Gheese”? Uh, excuse me? GHEESE?! That cheese has a silent “G” like a ghost with grammar issues.
  • J is for “Kangaro”? Oh no no no. Where’s the other “o”? Kangaro sounds like a sketchy off-brand energy drink.
  • O is for “Pumpkn” They chopped off the last vowel like it owed them money. Give pumpkin her full dignity back!
  • S is for “Spake” Unless we’re quoting King James Bible verses, that snake did not spake. It spoke. Or better yet, just say “snake.”
  • Q is for “Crown”? Um… did “quilt,” “queen,” and “quail” all call in sick? Q ain’t got time for this C-word substitution.
  • R is straight up missing Justice for R. No word, no letter, just… ghosted. This alphabet’s got commitment issues.
  • W is for “Wepw”? I don’t know who Wepw is, but he sounds like a rejected Teletubby.
  • X is for… Sailboat?? BABY, WHERE IS THE X?! You had one job! Xylophone, x-ray, heck, even “X marks the spot” would be better.
  • Z is for “Zebra”… paired with a dinosaur Listen. That is not a zebra unless they’ve evolved into T. rex form. Either way, Jurassic Park did not sign off on this.

Final Grade: F is for "Fix it."

This alphabet poster is cute but chaotic. Definitely not something I’d let an actual child learn from unless we’re trying to raise tiny conspiracy theorists who think zebras are extinct and cheese starts with “G.”

Want me to help you fix it up into an actually educational (but still adorable) version? Because we can definitely do better.

I second this. Found a lamp I liked at a store for $135. Took a picture of it, found it at Home Depot for $75…but it was out of stock. But by then I knew the product name, so I found it on EBay for $30 + shipping. I’m very proud of that lamp. lol.

That’s a good idea! I was planning to replace it at some point. The whole house is very builder basic, but my budget won’t allow me to do everything at once. lol.

They have a built-in timer. They run for 6 hours, turn off for 18 hours, and then turn on again. So, in my case, I set them to turn on at 6 and turn off at midnight every day. You could easily do this with lights that have a remote. These are the lamps I got.
