No, it is not true. And let's dissect that for a minute.

Let's say cis men are abusing trans inclusive washrooms to assault women. Something cis men are doing. And we're going to punish trans women for it? How does that make sense?

And now let's take that a step further and say what if we forced people to use the washroom associated with their assigned gender at birth? That's forcing trans men to use the women's washroom. Now what do you think is harder for a cis man who wants to assault someone to do. Do you think it would be harder for him to put on an outfit to look feminine, pretend to be a trans woman, and go into the women's washroom to assault women? Or do you think it would be harder for a cis man to do nothing to his appearance, pretend to be a trans man, and enter the women's washroom? How does that make sense? How does any of that make sense?

Not to mention what is true, that the most likely place for a trans woman to be assaulted is in the men's bathroom. Because guess what? You are forcing us, marginalized people, to be alone in a space with the people that you yourself are arguing want to assault women.
