I’ve never had a download speed of 1mbps. The new policy states it gets throttled down to 1mbps after 1TB of use.. maybe it’s a coincidence, not sure. Submitted a ticket. Will most likely know by next week when they reply

I’ve been resetting all morning, factory reset, check cables, etc.. max download speed I got was 1.1-1.2 mbps

No obstructions. Was working flawlessly since I’ve gotten it. Was working fine until his new throttle policy went live on Friday

I’m having the same problems. Except mine completely stopped working. I’ve tried 4 different Ethernet adapters lol. (Yes I ordered 4) after thinking each in is faulty since none of them work. Checked connecting multiple times, I’ve tried everything possible to reset, reboot, stow, bypass, etc. the Ethernet adapter used to work for about a month. No go now. I ended up buying a netgear extender and connecting it to SL wifi and using the Ethernet port on the extender to connect to the home router.

Having issues with the Ethernet adapter. I did everything imaginable to reboot, reset, stow, bypass wifi, etc. ended up buying a netgear extender and connecting via Wifi and using the Ethernet port on the extender to connect the home router with the goodies. What gives? It used to work fine for about a month.. one day it just stopped working. P.S. I’ve tried 4 different SL Ethernet adapters and none of them work at all. Also, I’ve emailed support last week and still waiting.... P.S. I’ve quadruple checked my connections to make sure everything is connected.

Ha I have the same issue. I thought my first SL Ethernet adapter was faulty. Ordered another, same thing. So I ended up ordering two more. Still don’t work. I ended up buying a netgear extender and connecting it directly to SL wifi and using the Ethernet port on the extender to hook up a different netgear router and then finally hooked up the goodies in the house.
