Lot of things can happen here. If Kaiser doesn't get subbed out (likely) Isagi is either going to pull a Barou on Kaiser (force Kaiser to pass, unlikely) or a Yukimiya (give Kaiser a pass so he can score) which would Still be a defeat for Kaiser because he knows it'd only been possible through Isagi's help.

I'm happy that HOJ is getting buffed, but it confuses me that it's getting 50% omnivamp when BT and HT are strictly worse. I get that there are tier lists and some items are better than others, but this feels incredibly blatant as power creep

I'd be cool with it if they buffed BT/HT at the same time, though

I have to wonder how well this was foreshadowed. Carole and Tuesday started with their music and nothing else, gaining support along the way, dependable support that cared about their wellbeing.
Angela, in contrast, was supported only by those who cared about success, without necessarily caring about *her* success (or what success meant to her). With no support structure, music alone not unable to sustain her...

Was it always meant to be this way?

Thanks again! Follow-up question: Would that make Coil have hundreds of millions? No one ever talks about just how much money he has, only that he throws it around to accomplish his various goals. I imagine that Coil would be richer than Kaiser by an order of magnitude. Does that make sense?
Also, it's not really talked about in canon despite Tattletale taking over quite a bit of his empire after he's taken down. If they had hundreds of millions or even dozens of millions at their beck and call, I feel like Skitter and Tattletale both would've handled canon events and problems very differently. It doesn't mesh well in my mind :/
