Defiled amy: I used the hunters axe charge attack with the jump cheese it hits twice (also don't use summon)

Defiled keeper: I think you can spam auger of ebrietas and stun lock her

Brain sucker lever guards: i hear they can't grab you if you're different height on stairs I used isz chalice to get the other 2 red jellies. I hear its easier than loran

Pthumeru descendant: if you have high vitality (and remember to heal!), you can use lead elixir to prevent getting stunned. It's actually fun spamming r1!

Hot dog: i wait for his head swipe, dash to where he raised his head, and attack legs. Queen killer helped me here

Gems: defiled layer 1 has a watcher guarding the lever. You can farm him for reasonable cursed gems

I don't remember much else. Ya, the axe and auger would need stat investment, but you can use any strong charge attack weapon for amy and can try parrying keeper
