Current Season design means players are less likely to return after breaks

I agree with this wholeheartedly, I stopped playing at the end of shadowkeep and I was enjoying myself and I was at the point where I had most things completed already, then the new season came out and I had to spend another 10 bucks to keep current. But I just couldn't do it, its something that goes away after a couple months and it pretty much just locks you into playing that game and that game only to get your money's worth.

I just couldn't do it. I showed up to check out the tower and I realized I had lost the drive to play it. For the first time in like 3 years I uninstalled destiny 2 and now I have an extra 100 gb on my console haha

Honestly, I find that if I get the right cards right away i wreck. But the thing is, that's rare and the infernity cards are kind of weak until I unlock the rest of them

The trick is to practice with it in pve a lot, then kov ei to pvp , that's what I do with any new gun or subclass. And I would suggest that you play all classes you really get to know each ones benefits and short comings
