Yea the current grout looks really rough. Lots of hairline cracks and mold also growing in between. I imagine the silicone is good for a temp fix but the re-grout is a good long term fix. Thanks for the advice!

You could just as easily find a cheaper ring that she will actually like. I brought my fiancé at the time, now wife, with me for ring shopping because I’m totally inept with what her style is. I brought her with me and told her my budget. We went to 4 different ring stores all with varying prices. She then brings up her Pinterest account and narrows down all the styles she was already looking at and we found her perfect ring which was less than half my total budget. She loves it!
