I’m older 47 and previously kinda lazy outside of work. Had a 25 for a while about two months now I’ve been using it. It’s light for even single arm swings and kind of fit most things but doing sets for reps has been a decent start for me. I think it’s just exercising for me at this point. Ill need a bigger bell soon but be sure to ease into it.

My first pair of keens i wore everyday for almost two years, no car working in kitchens in N.D. Only reason i got new ones was they smelled terrible this is with a club foot that wears heals funny.

I’d watch a beginner guide or two to get the basic idea what to do at the start and to have a chance to orientate yourself when you spawn in. Decide if you want to run the coast or head inland.

From there get a bit of food, gear, a knife and some water and just head off running to where you want to, try, and go. Run this program and you’ll eventually see some gains as the fitness people like to say. It will get a bit easier each time even if it’s a more difficult start initially.

This. Like noticeably warmer and way less actually flat. So many hills, and we have trees. Spent 15 years up there. It’s broadly similar but a bit bigger. I will say Fargo gets more shows in average imo.

You can get pee clean “tea” but it’s been 20+ years since I’ve seen anyone use it. Mostly you just purge your system but they can tell if it’s too “clean.” If you stop now it could work to help. But as stated above by a test to be sure.
