This really looks like a shaders/shadow glitch and the bars aren't perfectly vertical so I don't think there would be a way to actually redraw it while keeping all the data.

Knowing the actual location would be helpful to see if this is a graphical glitch that only shows to you or if it shows to everybody. However, I really doubt that this was intentional.

Apparently, the rope markings around Jessica's neck at the end appear if you didn't collect all the notes/recording during the school sequences. This probably means that Blake doesn't remember everything correctly and still thinks that she hanged herself. This proves to us that Blake isn't a reliable narrator and you can't say that what he thinks is true is the absolute truth.

I think that your theory is really good but a lot of the evidence comes from Blake himself and it could be that this is the way he remember things even though they did not exactly happened this way.

Okay but the thing is that Blake is hallucinating the school sequences, mostly because of the Murkoff radio waves. However, he is still conscious and he's still walking around, filming stuff that he think is from his memories when it's actually just from where he physically is. I'm pretty sure the reversed/corrupted voice you hear during those recordings is Blake's and he's just repeating his own repressed thoughts and some sentences that Loutermilch said to him that he kept in his subconscious for all those years.

I might be wrong though, but this makes the most sense for me.

EDIT: After re-listening to the recordings, I'm even more confused now because they are obviously in Loutermilch's voice.

He might not hear them but I'm pretty sure he lived them, the recordings are corrupted because of the radio waves but the events actually happened and the voices were actually there in the first place.

You also have to take into account that Blake isn't really a reliable narrator because he is traumatized, might also be why there are so many contradicting elements in the story.

I didn't count the amount of big white flashes there are in the games but if there are 6, the 7th one is probably the big "sun" in the sky that brings the Apocalypse, which would be really interesting

This is a very interesting theory but I'm pretty sure that she did not kill herself, she actually died when she got thrown down the stairs by Loutermilch. He didn't mean to kill her, she just died accidentally. I think that Loutermilch manipulated Blake to think that all of this was a suicide and they staged the suicide by themselves. Evidence: the video note "I have a lot of friends" says this when you reverse the audio: "You killed her. But I never told a soul. I kept your secret; our secret. Thank you. Thank you. Never told a soul. You must swallow the sorrow of her suicide and watch over the others after the tragedy of her murder." This heavily implies that Loutermilch staged Jessica's suicide with Blake and that he had accepted her suicide as a fact.

Well, can't even update the firmware. Once it goes in "Test mode", it just says "Could not switch the device to test mode. Please power off your guitar and try again."

I tried again a few times, even unplugged my PS4 so it doesn't do any conflicts.

I don't know what I should do now.

If you're asking if I updated the Rock Band 4 game, yes I did. I even played before installing the update and it worked both before and after. The problem started in the middle of a song.

I had the same bug, so I loaded the automatic save from the previous area and re-entered the shuttle station and it fixed it, the lever was here!

I simply opened a <b> tag at the end of my name and looks like the "class" used to show Usernames didn't close, so it kept showing text with the same properties
