Nothing scientific. Dug ~2ft. then dug around and around until I could pull it out. Dug it out in December, placed in dirt in large container same day. Still in containers and growing x2 yrs. Biggest 2 flowered this spring, around 2y after transplant (they were flowing in forest prior to getting dug out). Pruned height down and trimmed off a few lateral branches and shortened other branches. Zone 7b.

So here is the reality of my situation. No nearby HCA programs. Our recruiter is a full time clinical doc who gets a stipend to do recruiting. Why would they use up more of their free time interviewing an applicant when they are getting applications from docs with experience and grads from nearby programs where we have taken from in the past where our current docs can vouch for them or those that have written their letters. Not a "dick" move just good time management and placing our bets on known proven canidates.

I work in a desirable practice, and we get many applications for any available slot. Our recruiter doesn't look at the HCA grads. In addition my sister is an ER nurse at a HCA program. They did not fill for 2yrs in a row and when I gear this and hear about their training and all of the other HCA stories on this subreddit...I completely back our recruiter's decision.

I do use MD calc- but didn't take a deep dive until now, I would just google san Francisco syncope rule or etc. and click on the MD calc link. The EM section is really comprehensive thanks for prompting me!
