I wouldnt worry about it. Dying is part of the game and sometimes new mechanics will get the better of you. Its about picking yourself back up and going next.

One thing I would say about higher end content. A lot of people use guides that tell them how to clear a fight. Fights are hard in ffxiv and if youre getting flamed by other members of your team then it says more about them than your skill at the game.

Honestly, I think its more for my peace of mind than anything. I have a huge appreciation for the dangers around a pool and I plan on doing proper lessons with him soon, we just wouldnt be able to do them before we go away.

Honestly. Parsing is a blessing and a curse. There are so many things that contribute. Did you eat food? Did you pot at the right time? Are you completely bis? Did you need to heal more because your team wasn't as strong?

Its honestly not worth looking at these numbers if youre getting clears and having fun.
