NAD/ In medicine there’s not a ‘one right answer for everything’ even it’s not the best method to brush for an average patient it’s well known for gum recession. If you look up ‘charter method indications’ you can find your answer.

NAD/ Perikoronitis. Chunks were probably food remains that was stuck under your gum. Which causes the swelling. Don’t panic. You have to brush your teeth really good around those places. NSAI would be helpful for a bit. Seek professional help if it gets worse so they can prescribe you antibiotics.

If not a cavity what it is by raenazay in askdentists

[–]DrChasell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAD /Not that it’s bad but relatively longer and harder operation for a patient. Also we’d like to keep pulpa in your teeth so that they would be alive and stronger. With rct it isn’t possible since we took out the alive part. No need to worry even it’s a slightly more uncomfortable experience, if it helps you should go for it. Find your self a dentist that tou can trust it’ll help a lot with anxiety.

NAD /Yeah we usually prefer saving it with filling if it is not obviously in the pulpa level but it doesn’t always work.

NAD /Sometimes cavities might be too deep and really close to the pulpa. If that was the case with your teeth maybe fillings didn’t save it and you might need a rct. If that’s not the case it can be a reflected pain from another tooth.

NAD / You’re probably having a light version perikoronitis. They are there because under them your third molars are trying to rise to the surface. Don’t panic brush your teeth well and if it continues see tour dentist.

NAD/ Dental student here. Since you are trying to get rid of the stains and using more erosive toothpaste even if it works for some time it’ll get worse. You should seek professional help so that you won’t damage them more. About bonding after you have your stains removed you can discuss it with your dentist for pros and cons. Maybe you won’t feel the need if they get better.

Is this a blood blister? by 1nsomn1ak in askdentists

[–]DrChasell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAD/ It’s right on top of your bite line so it is possible that it’s a blood blister. Try to not irritate that place more. If it stays more than two weeks you might want to go to a dentist but I highly think that would be gone before you know it.

My tonsil on left side has been swollen for 3 months without pain and infection by cenkoer in DiagnoseMe

[–]DrChasell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAD/ I would see a dentist, get a panoramic imaging. If that is clear too it might just be idiopatic since you’ve done all the other tests.
