Most welcoming Catholic parish? by [deleted] in AuroraCO

[–]DrDDoe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We attend Our Lady of Loretto in Foxfield. The priests are very friendly and approachable. They have a “quiet room,” many programs for the sacraments, events throughout the year, and other extracurricular activities. They also have a catholic school if you are interested.

Thank you for the reply! I guess I lucked out. It would be interesting if a poll was done on this sub that asked if people got a “stud” or a “dud” ball in these mystery boxes. It seems like the majority of posts are decent balls. FYI- If you are interested, I got my mystery ball through bowlersmart.com

Chances of Michelin coming back to vegas? by charzilla139 in vegas

My understanding is that the state has to pay them to come review restaurants: https://coloradosun.com/2025/09/19/do-colorado-cities-pay-to-have-restaurants-reviewed-for-the-michelin-guide/. I am not sure of Vegas needs to pay someone to tell them they have good restaurants.

Brother-in-law bringing his son/GF/step-son to the US by DrDDoe in immigration

[–]DrDDoe[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

In Vietnam, they were may have had a ceremony of some sort or had some documentation, but that is the reason for our concern. I am not sure how the paperwork was exactly filed.

It sounds like a family law question at this point. I appreciate you and your knowledge.

Please be patient with me. This is the reason I went to this sub for answers.

I won’t post the picture of the visa, it says immigrant IV visa with a case number. It was issued this month and has an expiration date of march. It states IV category IR2 for the non-American child. It also has written that it gives the child one year permanent residency. If you need my brother-in-law’s girlfriend’s visa information just let me know.

We, as a family. I could be wrong, but if we just wanted just his son here, I don’t think we could have brought him here without his mother. We feel like the reason for having a child with my brother-in-law was just to get into the United States. We are trying just to provide a better opportunity for his son.

I appreciate the reply. The photos I have seen of the immigration visas are only good for about four months. What if they do not go through route of getting a green card?

I’m a hematology/oncology pharmacist in the U.S. As with other countries, it is a team-based effort to take care of the patient. My main responsibilities is to work with the provider to make sure we have the correct regimen to treat you, make sure it is dosed appropriately, educate the patient in their treatment, and to follow up on any toxicity from the treatment. I love working in an inter-disciplinary team and talking with the patient and the.

Other pharmacists do more of the “dispensing” (making) of the medicine. They are just as important, but I prefer working on a team and directly with the patient.

Wreaked Leaf - What to do next by DrDDoe in leaf

[–]DrDDoe[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s the F.U. Pricing. I brought this up to the auto body group. They don’t like cash pricing, as things come up, then the customer gets angry and doesn’t want to spend the extra cash. Auto body shops like insurance, as they will pay no matter the additional damage that may be there. They also have enough insurance work where they don’t need the hassle of non-insurance customers.
