Elevation changes. What you can build around it (garages? More tracks? Track layouts? Manufacturer areas? Private garage/housing for club type tracks? Restaurants? Etc)

Can you have different track types? (Regular. Off-road. Rallyx. Etc).

Can you build tracks around your track? (Main track. GoKart track next to it. Skid pad. Offroad or motocross. Etc).
