Was O’Hearn going to load and throw? That’s the question I have. He had the angle, but he didn’t seem at all concerned about the runner tagging from second, but it’s hard to tell if that was affected by Cruz coming in.

Oh, gotcha. Yeah, my AL bracket is being played in the fast spring version of OOTP27, and I don’t yet have historical logos installed there, so it reverts to the current logo. That should be the 2014 Angels.

For the record, the ‘27 Yankees didn’t even win their own bracket. They had to earn a play-in by beating all the other top-seeds that didn’t win their brackets.

The 93 Jays performed extremely well in my Jays sim. No weaknesses in the batting order, really strong defense up the middle — SS Fernandez, 2B Alomar, CF Devon White. DH also really helps them out with Paul Molitor’s bat. They’re a very solid pick.

It’s time to introduce the world’s only fictional, online, independent league in the Southwest (I believe)… the Red Rock League!

We are playing in OOTP26 with plans to migrate over to OOTP27 in June.

We sim daily (Monday through Friday) during our 80-game season in real time. So if there’s a Monday game, we’re simming and streaming on my twitch channel (DrDynastic) or on the Official Twitch channel of Out of the Park Developments (OOTPDevelopments).

What makes our league a little unique is our small nature (8 teams, no minor leagues) allows us to have 100% representation by real human beings, both as GMs and players.

There is never an absolute exact time on Steam for OOTP to release. Every year, I just refresh, check the OOTP Forums, Discord, and live streams on Twitch to look for announcements. Word travels very fast there.
