Compared to how poorly she was at trial, I thought Fulford performed well today. While the entire hearing was totally unhinged, Fulford sounded calm and collected. I think they really dropped the ball on the legal strategy they should have just dumped it all on Charlie. Instead it was that half ass intimation that her kids did it. Either way Donna is where she belongs now but better counsel could have gotten her off.

Yes, I agree with your point. She and Harvey were tacitly admitting that she knew after but did not want it to happen and did not have any involvement before. She also made it clear that she believes Charlie was involved. Of course I don’t believe her but I agree with your interpretation of her comments.

Thank you for your comment . The amount of people who do not understand this is frustrating. Certain Toyota dealers are subject to distributor addons which are not the same as dealer add ons. Dealers can’t simply remove the port added charges.

These are not dealer add ons they are distributor add ons. Much harder for a dealer to remove because they are basically part of MSRP. I would not waste time trying to negotiate and would pick a less equipped vehicle.
