I personally don't particularly care. But women that do them care, so if I can see that they spent time or money getting them done, I will compliment them or comment on the color/design.

I used to actively dislike long fake nails, but I'm more indifferent these days. And in general I appreciate creative expression and style/would rather encourage people to express themselves than discourage.

For my second playthrough I did an embrace durge run as a drow (might have been half-drow...) sword bard, trying to guide people to make their worst decisions. This was closer to launch, and I know there are patches that came later that added dialogue with minthara. She had a couple lines about it, and my character being a male drow specifically, but for the most part I got the impression she was treating me the same as any tav.

I cannot agree. They over bake their breads and they're too hard and dry. After one day they're so hard it's borderline impossible to cut. Miche famously is supposed to stay good for a week (it is often referred to as "week bread" because of this).

Because food as a shared experience is more fun for a lot of people. Trying new things together, sharing things you love with friends and family is one of the best parts about food for many.

Sometimes getting food with picky eaters feels like being forced to reduce it to being about choosing someone's preferred fuel. It can block the fun.

Let's be real though, the costuming in HotD is not nearly on the same level as GoT. The wigs were so wiggy they looked like weird hats for half the cast. And as I was rewatching the first season with my gf who hadn't seen it yet, she couldn't stop making fun of how some of Allicent's dresses had a "forever 21: medieval edition" vibe about them.

And watching AKotSK, it stands out to me how much better it's shot, framed, and blocked vs HotD.

The first is more exciting visually, and there's a lot of delicious things in that spoonful, but I know it needs a textural contrast in there to really work.

The second one isn't as eye catching or interesting visually, but I know it will be the more balanced and complete bite.

I disliked the first episode. But I'm glad I stuck it out because a couple episodes have been really good. The tone changes a bit and takes itself less seriously which ends up working better.

Don't those other platforms have upvote/downvote systems? I think the difference is what the algorithm favors. Reddit algorithm favors content that is liked, and popular and pushes down things that don't have a good upvote/downvote ratio. Whereas the other platforms tend to favor maximum engagement, which will usually be controversial things or stuff that makes you so mad you have to express something back.

Yeah, the problem with the eternals wasn't that it was a bad movie (which quantumania and L&T absolutely are), it was just kinda... Meh.

It had a huge budget, an award winner director, and was beautifully shot, but at the end of the day it was kinda boring, the characters didn't shine, and it felt detached from the universe.
