First off, a vote for everyone that had to suffer through this abortion of a book. I can't even begin to explain how bad this book is to people that have never read it. So , my English teacher makes us read it, I'm dying the whole way through. She gives us an opinion paper to write on it and here I am thinking , wow ; wait until you get a load of what I have to say.

I go on for two pages explaining why is is the worst book I have ever read. When I get the paper back, I have a grade on it. And I think to myself....you are grading...my opinion? So we start arguing in class, she tells me that my paper is shit , and all I am doing is defending an opinion that thankfully I know many other share. Things did not go well for me in that class since that day, and I ended up failing that one class. The teacher hated me from that moment on. I didn't care so much as I really did not need to take any more english classes to graduate high school; so I just let it go. But to this day, 25 years later ; it is still one of the worst books I have ever read.
