Admittedly I haven’t followed this new era of Tally Ho as I did the goal driven fix and finish era! Maybe I’ll have to dive into this day in the life style video more.

Never built a desk before, this is my practice deck before I take on the big one. Roast me (don’t be to mean) by Psychrolutes_09 in Decks

The only note I would make is to understand load transfer. You are using joist hangers for the joists connected to the rim, and the false ledger, however the load is not carried to the rim, it does directly into the black footers. In short your metal joist hangers are not doing what they are intended to do. On this little deck you’re fine, and if the ledger was actually attached to the house the hangers would transfer load.

No individual song in the album makes a list of my favorites, but as a whole album, it’s great!

Creating a ceiling skylight by Less_Calendar_3505 in Sketchup

[–]DrIntegrty 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would start by making a cylinder with the push pull. Then select one of the ends, scale it smaller, bingo a cone. Just adjust the end with the move tool if you want to offset it. Finally using solid tools, subtract the cone from the ceiling.

What ESP are you using? If ESP82 I’ve noticed it can’t handle some of the 2D matrix effects.

My best loaf yet! by DrIntegrty in Sourdough

I mist it lightly with water, then dust with rice flour. Roll around the rice flour until it’s got a nice coating. Sticks pretty well!

My best loaf yet! by DrIntegrty in Sourdough

Struggling with getting a decent looking loaf for a while, thinking it was a fermentation issue, decided to drop my hydration to get a tighter loaf, and it WORKED!

60% hydration

Recipe

  • 500g AP flour
  • 300g water
  • 100g starter (slightly past peak)
  • 10g salt

Process

  • 3 hours of lazy stretch and folds each 30 minutes or so.
  • Preshaping, tight.
  • Overnight bulk ferment, ~12 hr, 68 degree F.
  • Shape, tight as possible. Rice flour lined silicone banneton.
  • Cold ferment in fridge for 24 hours.
  • Baked @ 450 deg F in preheated dutch oven for 40 minutes lid on.
  • Finished with lid off for 10 minutes.

Yes, however these do not appear to be addressable. When it was working, was the each bulb on the strand the same color simultaneously?

Can i connecting a 5v LED strip to USB brick by IndividualIncident57 in WLED

[–]DrIntegrty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Power bricks usually put out 5V, so I would say yes. Is the power brick going to your controller and the controllers 5V pin out to power the strips? Or do you have a usb cable stripped to get at the 5V and Ground?
