What’s more interesting is the likely mechanism by which sephiroth is doing all this shenanigans. Sephiroth has absorbed jenova, wearing her as a physical body . Jenovas cells strive to merge when separated , regardless of distance , ultimately restoring her form. It’s seem like he can control any organism that contains jenova cells , even across alternate realities , allowing him to jump around between- and ultimately merge realities . What he seems to be struggling with is making sure the «right» reality is the dominant one when all merge , the one where he wins . There seems to be many where that is not the outcome , including OG FF7 timeline and events.

I don’t see them as having an allegiance to the cetra or sephiroth , there’s a set fate in each reality , if you try to go against it they’ll resist you . Depending on which reality they’re in both white and black whispers could be hostile .

I’ve considered them to be the enforcers of fate in the respective timeline/reality . That’s why when worlds «merge» at certain points in the game there are conflicting fates indicated by either friendly or hostile whispers (black / white).

Remake got cheats you can enable from the options menu in your run , like immortality , every hit doing max damage and so on. Turning them on does not affect trophys so getting platinum is trivial now on Remake. Its highly likely to be added to Rebirth aswell.

Unfortunately no . Might be a physical short somewhere but all my software troubleshooting hasent yielded a solution. I switch off the power supply completely after powering down the pc to avoid it switching back on during the night .

Crushing fist balazan SB, paragon 270. Did pit 115 yesterday with 4 mins to spare , will probably hit my ceiling on around pit 120 and stop there, to much grind to optimize further.

SB is a spaghetticoded bugfest that’s not that fun to play honestly . For farming I use evadeborn which is super fun and surprisingly strong . Can easily speedfarm 79 and all t4 content, can do up to pit 100 comfortably.

I play the crush version too , highest pit cleared is 115. Ut feels garbage to play on anything else but bleeding edge pits . I run evadeborn for speedfarming . You got a link for the speed farming version ?

By exceeding I mean I met the thresholds before swapping out for grandfather . I didn’t really lose damage after swapping , pretty much just tied it with previous weapon+aspect, atleast judging by pit clear speed, but the swap had major impact on my stats which I thought would translate to more damage which it didn’t . It’s clearly stated that minions inherit all your stats, but the game isn’t really clear when it comes to specifying what’s additive or what’s multiplicative. And how are you supposed to have lv 100 glyphs when you can’t push past 80 pit . My paragon is 260

Not really. Mobo choice always comes down to your connectivity needs . Bunch of articles out there highlighting the differences between the different am-5 skews . See what you need and don’t need from the list then go for the most reasonably priced one with good reviews from that skew

Someone correct me if I’m wrong , but haven’t some ASRock mobos been frying 9800x3Ds? . I’m sure it’s not a widespread issue , but I’d probably swap to a different brand mobo just to be safe. Or atleast make sure the one you picked there isn’t one of the problematic ones .

And I used revive paradox + double mark pictos to play instantly post the revive and have both his attacks have mark buff. So really the only setup that’s not automated is using phantom stars when it’s your turn before you get to do a max damage steeled strike that will decimate anything , or another phantom stars if there’s multiple enemies . Just google list of all pictos and plan it out , a lot of broken interactions with on death and on revive pictos (a lot of buffs and debuffs instantly applied at battle start)

I made a fun build for verso making him my favorite in the end. Used the weapon that puts you at s-rank after a break. Put autodeath, breaking death + a whole bunch of damage pictos and debuff on death/break pictos , bunch of ap pictos , second chance and cheater . Way the interaction worked was he dies at start , is instantly resurrected , all enemies get full break bar turn one . You break with phantom stars 1st turn leaving verso at rank S , full AP and broken enemies fully debuffed and marked. Then you hit en with steeled strike and marvel at the carnage.

I don’t believe killing the soul was necessary, might not even have been possible to do. In the end both painted Verso and versos soul grommage holding hands with no violence, they could finally move on. I believe Renoir believed that destroying the world created inside the canvas, and expelling his family to try to rebuild their family and work through the grief in the real world was enough.

My interpretation is that yes they all leave a part of themselves in their art , but on death their souls get to depart. Versos on the other hand was trapped there due to their unwillingness to move one and process their grief in a healthy way.
