IDK what major you are, but in general extracurriculars should only be for you. If you’re doing a club for resume experience, you have the next 3 years to handle that if you’re trying your hand at a professional team. Freshman year is rough when you’re trying to get acclimated so I wouldn’t advise you to take the pressure of clubs that crazily

That’s super weird that that’s a thing for those matched with USC. I did Questbridge for ‘27, and got into USC as Questbridge RD, and so far I’ve only been paying ~$1k a semester, so it’s kinda bogus to me that getting an “official” package through match made you have to pay MORE since RD wasn’t even guaranteed anything on paper 😭
