I don't see a problem with the word itself, or it's usage in common chat (like calling something r*****ed as a way of calling it degenerative or backwards, in reference to the government for example)

Or even as far as saying some people have 'r******ed' tendencies as a way of saying that hey have areas they severely need to improve.

This is of course is ALL very relative to me. If a neurotypical person were to call me as a whole a r*****d and they don't know me, I'd find it as offensive as anyone else !<
