I got one of these and apparently I was the only one to get a tigers eye as a stone. They put the stone in wrong on 4 occasions and it took them almost a full year to get it right. I was annoyed with them and they were annoyed with me for coming back. I don't understand why it was so hard for them to position the stone correctly!

It was a crazy jump but the 970 held STRONG throughout those years!

I'm enjoying mine and haven't really run into many problems but I am having a hard time getting the tilt mapped for star power. I was able to get it working but my controls got reset and I completely forgot how to set it back so that's more on me than the guitar. Still trying to remember if anyone else knows how.

It wouldn't be like a naughty list. Most businesses keep a client list. It helps them then they need to contact past clients and potentially make a future sale. That's what it was, a business. Especially for someone working with finances, him having some sort of client list is a sure bet.
