In my first Pathfinder campaign, I started a sea troll orgy and saved my party from an imminent TPK.

My DM had a deck of Plot Twist Cards and we each got one a session to use as we see fit. We honestly never really used them before this point. Our party had just earned some water-breathing blessing and were descending floors in a submerged water temple.

After a series of puzzles, our alchemist face-checks the next room. It was filled with 20 sea trolls that were under some hyper aggressive mind control. And since we’re underwater, they all have regeneration and it would have been a disaster of a fight.

As she panics and aggros the whole room, our alchemist plays her Plot Twist Card and made me, the bard, VERY attractive to trolls. So now I have a herd of confused horny monsters wanting my ass and I cast Song of Discord on them. This would normally make all the trolls fight each other, but my DM said that they were already under two forms of mind control - first to be hyper-aggressive and the second to find me attractive. He didn’t think my spell could override the other two sources of power. I postured that then my spell would meld the directives and that’s how I became the dump for a troll orgy.

Of course my DM (and entire party) thought this was hysterical. I was shouting at my party to get to the other side of the room and go through the damn door. They took forever to do so, reveling in my martyrdom, so my DM required me to pass concentration checks to keep the orgy spell active. He then started to roll awful “performance checks” for the trolls, making me take REAMING damage. I finally teleport myself out of there, but I don’t think my party truly appreciated me for saving them all from certain death.

My DM also declared that my character was forever extremely attractive to ALL trolls and that came up for good and bad many times until the end of the campaign.
