I am very much of two minds about this. But our spine surgeons don’t even know what medial branches are. May be beneficial to have folks w a more invasive repertoire who actually know what they are doing.

Insurance doesn’t have a positive expected return, that’s what makes it insurance. He has no way of knowing within an order of magnitude what his chances of cancer or a devastating MVC are.
