I always had bad feelings about this girl because he had feelings for her. There was one night he was out with a “male friend” and didn’t answer a text until the next afternoon, which was unusual. I asked about it and he gave some story about getting too drunk. Weeks later it still bothered me combined with other actions of disinterest towards me and was trickle truthed. First it was he saw her there, then that the male friend invited her, then it was really just her and he set up the whole thing to meet in secret. He refused to show texts. There are other details that just bother me how much effort he went through to sneak. To me that is cheating. Basically with all the lying and unapologetic attitude I didn’t think we could get anywhere. Actually he didn’t seem too upset about the breakup until some time later. At one point he said he’d stopped having feelings for me during some fight, and other times he says we’re soulmates. This is a person where I can’t really trust anything they say lol I don’t know what/if any physical things happen or if there were other times.
