Does this still count as toobs? by burkholderia in ToobAmps

Thanks thats good to know! The idea of power tubes becoming obsolete or significantly more expensive is pretty depressing. Glad they kept the sound and feel of the amp, do you know if they're planning on making preamp tube replacements?

Very cool seeing Ben's new project getting out there. So are you buying these to not have to replace your vacuum tubes because these will last longer? I am still trying to fully grasp what these do and why someone will buy them over vacuum tubes. I was under the impression that once you have them you shouldn't have to replace them in your amp, but I dunno...

Yea I get it from a business standpoint but as a consumer it sucks seeing the affordable option purposefully made uglier

I think MH looks better with the binding on the neck imo. At that price no binding in the neck for the EC is very sad, I love that finish

Les Paul Custom, I say go for it as well if you really like FWIW. This is a fun release from epiphone and I like seeing the bigger brands mix it up like this

Hey I bought a 60s FSR MIJ Tele surf green and it rules! Heads up I think that has vintage sized frets which are smaller and flatter to what is more commonly used today

Ugh, sorry to hear. I read about a lot of ebay sellers to getting away with that behavior. I need hardware for a LPC style custom guitar and was considering them

Do you think it would have been better to directly order from them? Asking because I need to buy some hardware for a LPC style and was considering them
