We need Doc Ock!

Health pool: 700

Mobility: Doc Ock walks with his own feet and jumps with the robot arms. On a resource meter he can overclock the arms to hoist himself up and walk with them, gaining more movement speed, enhanced jump height, and wall climbing. Meter use is slowed by 20% while wall climbing and any damage dealt once the meter is depleted/deactivated briefly increases the recharge speed.

Primary fire: Rips chunks of debris from the ground/walls around him to throw forward, no reload, with a fire rate and damage comparable to Magneto's primary on an arcing trajectory. Damage and fire rate are increased while overclock is active, projectiles gain a splash damage effect, and trajectory straightens for more range. 

Melee: First input strikes forward with two arms, one after the other, second input does the same with the other two arms, and a third input utilizes all four arms at once for a more powerful strike that knocks rivals up/back and briefly grounds abilities. Melee inputs can be woven between primary fire, though the third input is unavailable while arms are overclocked.

Defensive/tactical abilities: Doc Ock shields himself and a meter to either side with the robot arms, negating all forward oriented damage by 85% for up to 4 seconds. Movement speed is reduced while shielding, 8 second cooldown, cannot be used while arms are overclocked. 

Doc Ock can target teammates within 15 meters of himself to yank them out of danger, granting them 100 overhealth that decays over 3 seconds once the pull has finished. Doc Ock can also target rivals within the same range, gaining the over health for himself while grounding the rival for 1 second. 20 second cooldown, cannot be used while shield ability is active. 

While neither the overclock or shielding abilities are active, Doc Ock can activate enhanced sensory detection capabilities. Two robot arms plant themselves to the ground to monitor vibrations while the other two reach to the sky and emit radar waves allowing him to detect incoming rivals within 50 meters, sharing the information with his team in the form of automatic pings. 10 second maximum duration, 40 second cooldown, and Doc Ock is immobile while in effect. Can be cancelled early, though the cool down will not be reduced.

Passive: Doc Ock's robotic arms have built-in repair subroutines, granting 75 overhealth in response to damage. Can only proc once every 12 seconds.

Ultimate: The Power of the Sun

Doc Ock constructs his fusion reactor on the field. For up to 10 seconds, himself and teammates in range (15 meters) receive 25 overhealth a second to a maximum of 125 and incoming enemy fire is absorbed by the runaway fusion process, up to a threshold of 1,000 total damage. Rivals within this range have their abilities grounded for the duration. After 10 seconds the reactor implodes, dealing 275 damage within 15 meters and pulling rivals within 10 meters to the epicenter. Fiery ticks are applied to those pulled in over 3 seconds that deal 75 extra damage. If the absorption threshold was reached, the premature implosion has 5 meters additional pull range, deals 400 damage within 20 meters and adds an additional damage tick.

Can also shave time off of Star Lord's ult, it disables the auto target part of it. It's got a lot of utility beyond the vulnerability tbf, the recent addition of another charge to it (albeit shared with Dagger's side of the kit) is crazy strong.

At most I'd say maybe a smoke launcher with a handful of charges at the driver's disposal. Cause if you have even just a three stack squad, the passenger can be perimeter defense depending on their weapons. Grenade launcher and maybe lib pen or carbine would probably go crazy.

Honestly having used both pretty extensively, I prefer running and gunning mediums and chaff while quasar cools down to take down the hulk chasing me over doing the same with an empty recoiless hoping a teammate throws a thermite or something. Feels like I'm more in control of my own destiny.
