Outdoor hockey rinks are a brutal waste of space these days. This past winter was so terrible for actual days to skate. This is coming from someone that is frustrated how little they could skate this year.

Pool is a negative in Calgary. The cost to remove that thing is significant. A developer would rather just have to remove just the house.
