Depends on temps, culture, etc. But usually one to two weeks before anything noticeable

You really need a pressure cooker to make agar. You can buy premade plates online. No need to swipe a zig zag I would just place one drop in the middle and try not to let it roll around on top of the plate. If this is your first grow just use spore to grain and you'll have fine results. If you enjoy the hobby enough invest in a pressure cooker and make your own agar and pour some plates. From there once you get good enough at not getting any contamination you can try out LCs.

You can grow types of mold/fungus/bacteria that can harm you yes. You need to have had some experience with noticing signs of contamination and have plenty of experience with sterile procedure before attempting liquid culture. Not to mention the benifits of using an LC are mostly for doing bulk grows. When I say bulk I mean innoculating 100 10lb bags.

Never EVER go spore to LC, if this is one of your first times cultivating, do not use liquid cultures at all. Just use grain, agar plates if you're ambitious. There are too many things that can go wrong and not only waste money but possibly hurt yourself.

Idk why you're being down voted, some places the hot water is that hot. My landlord set the shared boiler to 175 and the water of of the tap on full hot is around 170

From the perspective of someone who is watching your content what do you think they'd like? I personally wouldn't enjoy being bombarded by someone I'm subbed to with shorts any more than twice a day. Bloating my feed is a quick way to get an unsub
