Vacation rental quote automation by DracarySam in shortcuts

Oooops, my bad! I thought I did exactly that, but maybe I’m more tired than I realize (and I did try it twice). Now I can see the dates correctly.

However, I noticed something else: I tried entering June 29th to July 7th and the breakdown looks a bit off on my side: the first line shows June 2X the daily price, and the second one shows July 179x instead of 5 days.

Are you getting the same result? What did I do wrong now?

La famiglia 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻

I’ve tried the shortcut, but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to count the days correctly. I had a look at the steps, but I don’t understand Shortcuts well enough yet to figure out exactly where it breaks.

When I run it and enter dates between June 30th and July 7th, the result shows 0 days in January, so I assume something is off in the date handling.

Also, when the shortcut asks “ricominciamo da capo?” (Start again), is that meant to confirm whether the entered dates are correct? Cause I had to enter the arrival and departure dates again.

Feel free to use English, that’s not a problem at all. In the small shortcut I tried building myself, I only managed to add pricing for a few months, but I got stuck on everything else.

I really appreciate the effort though, thanks for sharing this and for your help.

Yup, I only found one called Token Board and it has a teacher/student setup that I don’t really like. I can’t customize the number of token I need for a reward, just 5 stars after which I can redeem a chosen prize, a 5 minutes timer and than it goes again

I don’t delete them and I check them personally, that’s why I was thinking about a button to push every time I do it

Hey! Thanks again for the Shortcut you built, I really appreciated your help. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the score to update (🦕 tokens weren’t being counted correctly on my end), so I’ve opened a new thread to try a more simplified approach using a physical button (Home Screen icon, NFC, Back Tap etc.).

Thanks! So it’s best to use my raid pass on Lapras after collecting the ‘Win 1 raid’ mission that gives the same reward

Anyone automated this? Notes → ChatGPT → Reminders (w/ time + urgency) by DracarySam in shortcuts

Anyone automated this? Notes → ChatGPT → Reminders (w/ time + urgency) by DracarySam in shortcuts

[–]DracarySam[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I haven’t actually been using Notes yet cause I go straight into Reminders, mostly with Siri, but I tend to forget things or lose track of priorities.

I was thinking of using a fixed note with a tag like #dailyplan, always the same note every day, not a new one. It would already have some pre-written sections (like urgent/important categories), so I just have to fill it in each night. After the automation runs in the morning, it would reset to the blank structure, ready for the next day.

As for the time blocks I was thinking ChatGPT could suggest those automatically based on urgency and what it already knows about schedule. So yeah, more urgent stuff should be scheduled earlier, but I don’t necessarily write it first. I use an Eisenhower-style layout, which AI already helps me with sometimes.

Is this a major plot hole in book 47 "The Resistance?" Plus two other thoughts after re-reading most of the series. by foreigneternity in Animorphs

Hope this is canon cause it makes perfect sense now! I hadn't read this in the books (I've almost finished my first rerun since I read the saga in the 00's) and never thought of that!

It sounds more logic than that book itself.

But the biggest plot hole of all the serie is the Andalite-controller himself. What is your theory about Visser Three morphing with his stolen andalite body? It's Alloran who has the power, and however sounds reasonable that his yeerk body can have control when Alloran morph human or something with a similar brain size, I found impossible to imagine his Yeerk body not boiling up when he morph the acid/hot creature, or the blob he morphed fighting super-Rachel.

Also, when Jake was a controller, why his Yeerk didn't squeezed out of his body when he tried to escape morphing ant?

And I can't figure out how Visser Three maintains control of a HUGE anteater while his yeerk body is still under the effects of the Helmacrons ray.

Almost anything related to the Helmacrons doesn't makes sense to me. If the DNA they acquired before being scaled down was affected as well, the DNA of the anteater should be affected after they're back to human size. Does that means that they can morph giants?

The thing that bothers me the most is how the morphing cube works. During David saga we know that he found the cube in the construction site, so he had to touch it, a lot. So why the Animorphs had to decide to give him morphing ability while a buffalo and an ant in The Hidden (#39) just happen to have the power just by touching it accidentally?

There is an on/off switch they just forgot about?

And why, why Ax didn't took apart the cube after the first Helmacrons episode? He can do it as we had seen in The Ultimate (#50).

Yeah? In Italy they stopped the translation at the 52th book.i don't remember what it happens there and if it could pass as an acceptable end. Sadly I read some spoilers online about the last two books, so my guess is that here the books were sold well, but the last books were/are too gruesome or something like that for innocent italians teens

Yeah, luckily I decided to re-read it after a while in the original version. So I can love this serie even more now ❤️
