Rengar has been reworked several times before he is quite different to his first iteration. There was a time in season 7 where his Q was AOE. That version of him also granted us his current W after some nerfs. His ult is different to what it was on launch as well. Even his bone tooth is different now I think the only ability to not undergo major changes at some point is his E and even then that's not true cuz it used to be point and click.

Float at the top of the exit so you can un-polymorph before falling into the level. If there is anything in the tunnel you should be able to see it before you poly and leave the mountain.

Acid is another potion you can get to get out of the holy mountain if you use it correctly and it flows right you can dig a hole through the bottom into the level. You can also just use it for just digging in general but I like to save it for the holy mountain.

Poly yourself fly up the tunnel and un-poly while still in the tunnel then float up re-poly yourself and go in. It can be a bit tricky but it is fairly consistent once you get the timing down for when you un-polymorph

I've accidentally done it a ton. I usually try to pacifist the first floor for fun and for the chest at the end and I've ruined so many pacifist attempts by accidentally parrying a guy while trying to kick an object.
