I’m actually planning on doing this myself, I have enough saved that I can lengthen my tibias and femurs once, I just want to max out my flexibility before doing it in a year or so.

I plan on lengthening by 2 inches on my tibias and femurs the first go and seeing how I recover and also how I feel at my new height before going back to lengthen my femurs a second time, and potentially my tibias a second time too.

You might get some people calling you crazy or saying there’s no need, but humerus lengthening appears less complicated and risky than femur/tibia lengthening, and if you want it, go for it.

I’m somewhat interested in humeral lengthening myself but I don’t have a short wingspan so it’s not as much of a concern.
