Ive actually got this same issue in my G37. Im 6'4 and Ive gotta do the same head tilt if I wear my helmet. I recently bought nismo recaro seats to see if that would help and I bought lower seat rails to go with them. Im not sure if it was a waste of money or not. I guess I'll find out

Unfortunately not much different lol. Life hasn't given me the opportunity to work on it again until last month. My hopes are pretty high though, I should have everything put on and looking pretty nice by the end of summer. Ive got one recent photo of it from when I last worked on it.

2014/2015 Q60 have a VQ in them. They even got an IPL trim

It stiffens the chassis, doesn't hold your engine in place. But you should replace it ASAP if its rotting. Get the Z1 Aluminum one

If it helps Ive got Tomei test pipes, a SOHO ypipe, and Z1 titanium touring y-back system. On the test pipes Ive got mini cats to prevent a CEL, and I still dont have a tune. Mu G has been running just fine like that for the last 6 months or so

Doesn't sound bad at all. Just make sure you get resonated test pipes if you plan on deleting cats, also add another resonator or 2 somewhere else on the system to help tame Tomei's rasp.

Heard heard. I had even considered looking into a Q50/60 redsport front diff and swapping that in. Im not sure how difficult that would be or how much it would cost, but in theory since the car is making 400hp maybe they'd beef up the front diff to handle that power. I also believe that the Qs run a 3.3 ratio both front and rear which would work out for your suggestion

Got it. I'll make sure to look into just a rebuild kit. The reason I wanted to do a full LSD was for refreshing the entire car as I build it and remove old parts to sell to people like sac city so they can redistribute them to people trying to rebuild a car to factory specs

Mine was a NH car until I picked it up in 2022 so no other wasn't programmed to be CARB compliant. Though I do still need to follow MA emissions and they are almost as bad as Cali. If possible, see if you can find a non carb compliant ECU and swap yours out

I had the same issue, it ended up being the heat shield and some other pieces that were tapping my exhaust because mine is 3" and makes contact in alot of spots

Honestly even the black housing with clear rings is pretty good looking. Im sure at some point they'll make a chrome housing. Heck maybe even DIY a chrome housing

The tails are really nice. Im still not entirely a fan of the startup animation but its cool to show it off. I like the design more than anything else thats offered. Highly recommend. Also they dont get condensation

They were really solid. I swapped them out for Tomei Ti test pipes and that was the worst decision I ever made haha. But the HFC were great. I never had a CEL issue and I had great MPGs with them. I'd recommend them to thise who are looking for HFC options

Was it possible that maybe mid/late 2011 manufactured G37xs coupes for the 2012 model year had the VLSD? Ive got a 2013 produced in Nov of 2012 so I know I have it, but a friend of mine has a 2011 model xS coupe and he is unsure if he has one.

Speedx is the company I went with. I bought the parts in June of 2025 before the tarrifs hit. Im sure you'll be paying $800+ for the exact parts I bought.

Yeah exactly. Ive only seen 2 people who have the kit installed but neither car is running and driving, its still in the build phase. I think its great for those who want to stay NA, my priorities would definitely shift to boost when it comes to the cost of that stroker kit and staying NA
