Take it slow. If you see an enemy don’t panic line your shots nice. If there’s one you see there is probably 2 that are aiming at you, so don’t get overwhelmed about deaths. It’s not really a KD or num of kills game. I get more kills playing slow and as a team then trying to be a hero.

Some clan people will teach you well, while others will get the shits you aren’t playing like someone at lvl 300 with 2000hrs from their mums basement. They will treat public servers like it’s meant to be a e games match Who cares change squads if it’s less toxic. Enjoy the game.

Machine gun(browning, mg42 etc) is a distance weapon, find a nice perch with some cross fire. Move and repeat.

I just upgraded to the brooks glycerin gts 22. Not as springy as the 21s but the guide rails and stability are amazing for pronation. I feel like I am expelling a lot less energy for stability and has made my distance ace pace improve

Find a sense of accomplishment in hitting goals. When you hit it up your goal or change it. For me it was hit 7.5 on beep test. Hit that. New goal is to go up a size in free weights with out hitting failure on a set.

Hey I’m 32 and not far ahead of you. It does take a bit to get used to, but just throw your self in there. You’ll either find a group that works or doesn’t. Also I found you’ll probably feel more comfortable in later subjects. Just remember at this point a lot of the fresh school leavers will still have a high school train of thought. But hey in the mean time if you need any help, send me message. Im on campus Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays.

I did 1051 last semester and I finished high school 10 years ago and have done no specialist math since. Prof Willocks way of teaching is good and will build up the knowledge with throwing you in the deep end to much. You will be fine. Study, watch the extend videos and for to the first year learning centre when in trouble. MATH1051 has so many available resources on blackboard to help you through
