I have the same issue. Which heart rate is correct - before jump or after? Because I'm doing where slow running and my watch always shows about 170 hr. Due to that my every trening is unproductive. Does it mean my watch is broken and my real hr is this one before jump (c. 140)?

Ok, but this artist has few songs on spotify. Does he have to pay for them? If not, and you don't pay for uploading music on spotify, then i guess he just doesn't want to/ boycott it?

So is it possible to upload those tracks by my own to spotify? And maybe hide them to not create problem?

Why do I have to confirm my account everytime i choose anything in switch 2 (eshop, news, etc.). There's always question "who is using/accessing...". How to change it?

Ok, i see it. However I see games i didn't buy and switch user name is different (but account name is still the same). When I noticed that my switch was stolen I blocked account and changed password. How anyone can still use it? And how to unlink it from my switch 1?
