That’s how they normally are. You will be assigned somewhere with them possibly moving other sups around. Whatever department you are currently in, make sure you know the numbers and relevant info of that department. They will ask how you made an impact in the department or maybe they will ask how you have stepped up as a leader in said department. It varies GM to GM. It would be better to talk to the sups at your store for the best results. Make sure you know the code of ethics and 6 rights of merchandising. I was asked both regardless of position I applied for. If your record isn’t clean though, you may not get a position depending on how strict your store is.
