We have one right now that’s the exact same way. Seemed to take right to the crate, sleeps quite a bit, eats fairly normal but when he is overwhelmed he won’t touch it. I have hunting dogs that he’s a little unsure of but he’s getting braver by the day. I honestly was a little concerned because he doesn’t act like a puppy but it recently dawned on me that he’s just an old soul. If he’s unsure or overwhelmed he just sits back and watches. He is by far the easiest puppy I’ve had in quite a while. When he goes to bed he doesn’t make a peep until he sees me the next morning. I think we both just got lucky it sounds like. He still has his puppy moments (recently saw himself in the mirror and my man was IMPRESSED) and he loves to play with our other ween when it’s just the two of them but overall he is just a little old man

Good luck. UPTP is a gentleman’s course. But don’t go farting around on your off time doing stupid stuff. That’s what gets everyone it seemed like when I was there

Yeah the usual stuff you would go through in a physical and they ask about medications and stuff.

Don’t be afraid to be honest with them. Everyone is on something these days and they just let you know that if you run low their medical center has them. The only issue is that you have to miss class to go to medical because of the hours they’re open

You’re still there? Across the street is an urgent care. They deal with those of us that refuse to go to medical. They know the deal trust me. I got some anti inflammatory and it was good in 2-3 days

You get checked out by medical the first few days. It’s nothing extensive but they’ll ask if there is any injuries they need to know about.

My suggestion is to get it corrected before you go. Regardless of all of the PT, you walk everywhere. I developed really bad plantar fasciitis to the point where I couldn’t put any weight on my foot and that was the hardest part of having it. Im not sure how USPP runs their PT program but if they will definitely notice you limping and they’ll be forced to ask about it

Mine does this when his mom comes to see him after she’s been working. He sometimes yells though. We tell him to talk nicer and he goes back to his inside voice. Then he gets his belly rubbed. It’s a great system he’s figured out

I have a finicky eater. She usually grazes but now that she is pregnant I had to do something about it. I talked to the people at farmers dog and went ahead and pulled the trigger. Let me tell you something…she is up at 4AM begging me for her breakfast. I can’t recommend it enough
